This Memorial Garden is located outside the east Children's Library facing the Halifax River.

Native plants were installed in April and include Fringetree; (Chionanthus virginicus), Wild Lime; (Zanthoxylum fagara), Simpson's Stopper; (Myrcianthes fragrans), and Walter's Viburnum; (Viburnum obovatum).

The garden was planted was planted in memory of Telia Emanuel, David Kantor, Charles Koble, and John Wilkinson.
